A statement didn't convert properly

Tell us the bank and roughly what went wrong (missing rows, wrong balance, unreadable scan). Please do not email the statement itself unless we ask — if we need it, we will tell you how to send it.

Unsupported bank layouts are the most common cause, and adding one usually takes a few days.

Billing and refunds

Email from the address on your account with the payment reference. Refund terms are on the Terms of Service page.

Privacy and data requests

To see, correct or delete the personal data we hold, email us from your account address. We respond within 21 days, free of charge. Details are on the Privacy Policy page.
