Frequently asked questions

Everything about converting your Malaysian bank statement to Excel.

Is it safe to upload my bank statement?

Yes. Files are processed in memory and automatically deleted within 15 minutes — we never store your statement or its contents (PDPA zero-retention). We only keep your credit balance.

Which Malaysian banks are supported?

10 banks: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, Alliance Bank, UOB Malaysia, OCBC Malaysia and Bank Islam.

How accurate is the conversion?

Every statement is mathematically validated — opening balance + credits − debits = closing balance, checked row by row — so you can trust the numbers before you use them.

What files can I upload?

PDF, JPG or PNG up to 20 MB. Both digital PDFs and scanned or photographed statements work (scans are read with AI vision).

How much does it cost?

Every new account starts with 10 free conversions. After that, buy credit packs (from RM10 for 50 conversions, which never expire) or subscribe monthly (from RM19 for 100 a month).

Do I need an account?

Yes — sign in with Google or email. It takes a few seconds and unlocks your 10 free conversions.

What do I get back?

A clean Excel (.xlsx) and CSV with dates, descriptions, references, debit, credit and running balance — ready for bookkeeping, reconciliation, or loan and visa applications.

Ready to try it?
